PING THE ABYSS

This protocol explains how information may be handled when you play Ping The Abyss. The current App Store privacy label reports that Usage Data may be used for tracking and may be linked to you.

01 / OVERVIEW

Policy scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Ping The Abyss on supported Apple devices. It covers information processed through gameplay, advertising, and related platform services.

The game does not require you to create an in-game account or provide a name or email address to navigate its mazes.

02 / DATA SIGNALS

Information that may be processed

Based on the game's current App Store privacy disclosure, Usage Data may be collected and linked to your identity, and may also be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

USAGE DATAMay include interactions with the game or advertisements, such as sessions, ad views, and gameplay activity.
TRACKING PURPOSEUsage Data may be used to measure or personalize advertising across third-party apps and websites.
LINKED TO YOUThe App Store disclosure identifies Usage Data as a category that may be associated with your identity.
GAME PROGRESSGameplay progress and settings may be stored on your device to support normal play.

03 / ADVERTISING

Ads and measurement

Ping The Abyss contains advertising. Advertising providers may process Usage Data to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and understand engagement. Their processing is governed by their own policies.

Where required, iOS may ask for permission before an app accesses the system advertising identifier for tracking. Refusing permission does not necessarily remove ads, but it can limit personalization.

04 / YOUR CONTROLS

Control the signal

  • Manage tracking permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Reset or limit relevant advertising preferences through your Apple device settings.
  • Delete the game to remove locally stored game data from that device.
  • Review the App Privacy section of the App Store listing for current disclosures.

05 / YOUNG PLAYERS

Children's privacy

Ping The Abyss has an App Store age rating of 4+. The game is not designed to request names, email addresses, or account profiles from children. Parents and guardians can use Screen Time, content restrictions, and tracking controls available in iOS and iPadOS.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a feature of the game, use the support channel shown on the game's official App Store listing.

06 / EXTERNAL SERVICES

Apple and third parties

Apple processes information related to App Store downloads, updates, device settings, and platform services under Apple's Privacy Policy. Advertising and analytics providers may process data under their own privacy terms.

This page does not control the privacy practices of Apple or other third-party services.

07 / PROTOCOL CHANGES

Updates to this policy

This policy may be revised when game features, advertising practices, legal requirements, or data handling change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here and, where required, in the App Store privacy disclosure.
